AI answers

Most tools stop at the number. Roman doesn’t.

Show up in the AI answers your buyers read. Roman finds where you’re missing, does the work to get you in, and checks every day that it worked.

  1. Track

Know every AI answer that leaves you out.

Every day Roman asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google’s AI Overview the questions your buyers ask, and reads every answer.

  2. Track

See why a competitor gets named instead.

Roman shows the pages each answer cites instead of yours: a competitor’s page, a review site, a forum thread.

  3. Act

Know exactly what to fix first.

One fix per source, ranked by priority: write the missing page, pitch the review site, reply in the forum thread.

  4. Act

Get listed on the sites AI already cites.

Roman finds the editor and drafts the pitch. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  5. Act

Publish the page the answer was missing.

Roman drafts it from your site, Brand Kit, competitors’ pages and customer calls. Your team reviews it, and it goes live on Webflow when you approve.

  6. Measure

    Get named first, and cited.

Roman asks every engine again each day, so you see the answer change: ChatGPT now names you first and links to your page.

  7. Act again

    Win the next question too.

Roman picks the next question where you’re missing and starts the same work again.

How is Roman different from an AI visibility tracker?

A tracker reports prompts, mentions and citations. Roman tracks the same numbers, then drafts the articles and refreshes that close the gaps, publishes them to your CMS, and measures what changed.

Which AI engines and search data does Roman use?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with Claude as an add-on. For Google, Roman uses your Search Console data, weekly rank tracking by country and device, and Ahrefs and DataForSEO for keyword research.

What does Roman write from?

Your website, Brand Kit, competitors and your answers to four onboarding questions about what makes you different. Connect Gong, Intercom, Zendesk, G2 or HubSpot and it also writes from your sales calls, support tickets, reviews and deal notes.

Does anything go live without us?

New articles go live when you publish them. Refreshes can publish automatically if you turn that on, and each one keeps the previous version as a revision you can restore.

How do we know an action worked?

Roman re-runs the same prompts and tracks each page’s clicks, position and AI citations after it goes live. AI answers vary between runs, so each metric is reported across many runs with a confidence range.

The number is where Roman starts.
