Enter your domain. We generate the questions your buyers ask AI assistants, run them live, and show you whether the answers recommend you — or your competitors. Score, prompts, sources. All of it, free.
No email gate. Results in about a minute.Roman turns your website, category, and competitors into recommendation and comparison prompts a real buyer would ask.
You see every prompt before the audit runs.
Each prompt is run live through the AI tools people use to make buying decisions.
No static database. No cached snapshot.
Roman scores mentions, prominence, competitor share of voice, and cited sources.
Then it shows the evidence behind the score — and what to fix next.
Each one tied to the evidence behind it, and the work it points to next.
A 0–100 score based on how often, how prominently, and how strongly your brand appears in AI answers.
Every question we ran, every answer we received, and the exact sentence where your brand appeared.
See which competitors get recommended, how often they appear, and where they are taking share of voice.
Review the URLs AI tools cited — comparison pages, forums, review sites, and articles worth acting on.
Prompts, answers, competitors, citations, and the pages shaping what AI says.
You enter your website, not just a brand name. Every mention, prompt, and citation is checked against your real site, so common names do not get mixed up.
A loose match on your company name, which can confuse you with another business that sounds similar.
You see the exact URLs AI tools cited — review sites, listicles, forums, competitor pages, and articles. No blurred links. No hidden source layer.
You may see that sources exist, but not enough detail to know what to improve.
Mentions, prominence, share of voice, and citations come from the answers we actually tested. If we did not measure it, we do not score it.
Estimated audience numbers or visibility scores without the answer-level evidence behind them.
Every prompt includes the answer, your position, the competitors mentioned, and what to fix next.
A set of questions or scores, but no clear path from the result to the work that should happen.
Your score improves when AI tools can find, trust, and cite the right pages about your product. The audit shows where you are missing. The work is to turn those gaps into pages, sources, and answers AI can use.
Look at the questions where competitors appear and you do not. Those prompts usually point to the pages you need next: comparison pages, category pages, alternatives pages, or clearer product-led articles.
If AI answers keep citing listicles, review sites, forums, or competitor pages, your content needs to answer the same buyer question with more clarity, proof, and specificity.
Use direct subheadings, short answer blocks, FAQs, product details, and clean page structure. AI tools need to understand the answer before they can repeat it.
Comparison pages, alternatives pages, pricing-adjacent content, and category pages decay quickly. Refresh the pages that influence buying decisions before they fall out of the answer set.
If crawlers cannot access your pages, your content cannot be considered. Check robots.txt, page rendering, indexability, and whether key content is visible without friction.
Then keep the loop running. Roman tracks where you appear across AI search, finds the prompts and sources worth acting on, and turns those gaps into articles, refreshes, and citation opportunities your team can review and ship.
An AI visibility score measures how often — and how prominently — your brand appears when AI assistants answer the buying questions in your category. A score of 0 means you are invisible: when buyers ask for recommendations, the answers name your competitors instead. A high score means AI answers recommend you by name.
It is the AI-search equivalent of a rank tracker. Instead of positions on a results page, it tracks presence inside the answer itself.
We generate buyer-intent prompts for your category, run each one live through an AI answer engine with real-time web search, and weight every outcome: leading the answer counts full, being mentioned counts 0.6, being cited as a source without a mention counts 0.4, and absence counts zero. The weighted total, normalized to 100, is your score. The exact prompts are shown with your result — nothing is hidden.
The score measures your presence against the maximum possible: did the answers mention you, and how prominently. Share of voice measures you against competitors: of all brand mentions across the same answers, what percentage were yours. You can have a mid score and a high share of voice in a quiet category, or the reverse in a crowded one. We report both.
The free check runs your prompts through Claude with live web search — a grounded answer pipeline that draws on the same sources ChatGPT search, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews retrieve from. The full Roman tracker monitors ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews continuously, with prompts sourced from your real audience signals.
Usually one of three reasons. The sources AI engines cite — review sites, comparison pages, forums, listicles — do not mention you. Your own pages are not structured for answer extraction, so engines cannot quote you. Or your category content simply does not exist yet: nobody can recommend what they cannot find. The check shows which sources the answers actually cited, so you can see exactly where you are missing.
Yes. No signup, no email gate, no credit card. We built it because the result is the best demonstration of what Roman does: most tools that find your AI visibility gaps stop there. Roman’s agents research, write and publish the content that closes them.
AI answers churn — enterprise case studies report 40–60% of cited sources changing month to month. A one-off check is a snapshot; treat it as directional. For anything you plan to act on, track weekly and tie movement to the content you shipped. That continuous tracking is what the full Roman product does.
Below 20, you are effectively invisible in AI search. 20–50 means you appear inconsistently — usually when an answer happens to cite a source that mentions you. 50–80 means you are a regular recommendation. Above 80, you are the default answer in your category. Most brands checking for the first time score under 30; the gap is normal, and it is closable.
